“Its going to rain”

So about two weeks ago, Sara and I were returning from a trip out to the campo as the trufi (mini vans that get you around town) was passing through El Alto, I looked over and saw this very well defined funnel cloud heading our direction. No one seemed to bothered by this but me. I tried to explain to our fellow passengers that tornadoes are very dangerous and can do a lot of damage. The guy responded to me, “Va a llover” (Its going to rain.) Thanks weatherman.
